Follow these steps to return an empty QUIL bag
- Remove the shipping label you received your order with
- Ensure the bag is empty and fold it flat along the creases
- Flip out the prepaid return flap, and ensure it's visible; seal the bag with velcro
- Fill out THIS FORM with your bag number, to qualify for your reward
- Drop the bag in any Canada Post mailbox for free return

Follow these steps to return your product
Need to send back products to the brand you purchased them from?
- Close the QUIL bag with velcro and some tape (no need to wrap the entire bag)
- Make sure the prepaid QUIL return label is hidden inside the bag and is NOT visible; otherwise you will experience delays in your product return
- Follow the brand's instructions on how to return the package, attaching their specified return label
